I have been attacked but the battle didn't go well for my opponent, he lost a lot more than he won, so im wondering what its about.

He lost about 2 millions in ressources for this attack and only gained about 1 million from the debris field (if it was him that got it all)
most of my lost units repaired themselves because they were defences and not fleet.

what was the players name?

What surprises me about this is that he lost more than he won with this attack, so why would he attack me like that?

well i contacted him and all i got was "its a war game man"

if he wasnt in an alliance, we could just nuke him and enjoy ourselves a bit

but i dont want a war starting

Its ok, I was just wondering if this was some sort of attack meant to weaken me(or the alliance). But from what you say it appears i just got attacked by an idiot.

Thats what it appears to be, if it keeps recurring we will retaliate, but they're a fairly high ranking alliance compared to us, which saying something as we're nearly in the top 50.
We don't need a war like that.
